I started doing martial arts when I was 6yrs old gaining my adult black belt in Karate when I was 11. I loved the fitness and the discipline. After injuring myself when I was 13 I haven’t done any martial arts since. As I enjoyed this type of training so much when I was younger I figured setting myself the challenge of getting back into it for challenges 30 would be a good idea
