Been on a bit of a mission today and taken lots of photographs of me reading in unusual places (well had lots of pictures taken…). Ive even braved 3 different town centres on a Saturday in my efforts to complete this challenge. I can’t normally cope with one!

Pretty darn lucky to be spending New Year in this beautiful city I couldn’t resist getting a picture of me reading there 
the book is The Panda’s Thumb, my book of choice for the plane journeys.
This picture was taken for an article in the Leigh Reporter. I’d say sat on a cyclo-cross bike is a pretty unusual place to read Herodotus!

Spending a few days in Paris as a member of staff on a school trip allowed me to make some progress on reading War and Peace (12 novels challenge) and to get a picture for my reading in unusual places challenge.
